What these questions save you from

A process that only exists in someone’s head

If nobody can describe the steps, you are mapping before you build. The template asks for the current process in plain words.

Tools on the wrong plan

Some APIs are only available on paid plans. Listing the tools early avoids a blocked build.

Nobody to maintain it

Automations break when a tool changes. Asking about maintenance sets up a follow-up offer instead of free support.

Use it as your client form

In Briefly, each template becomes a link you send to prospects. You can edit every question, and each brief you receive is analysed: what is confirmed, what is missing, what to ask on the call.
